Dallas ISD proposed powers allocated to the Audit Committee

The Audit Committee proposes an expansion of powers to be delegated to the Audit Committee. Current audit committee members appointed by the Board President are:

Eric Cowan - Chair, Mike Morath, Dan Micciche
